charachters Converted to Question mark

Hello
this is about two week that when i open my site(in persian lang and using windows-1256 encode) all or some persian char's converted to question mark(?) what happend to my server or this is because of IE or any other thing ?(it happend only at WWF)

how can I solve this problem

btw, i faced the same problem using Arabic Language (1265).

I think the default database format that comes with the forum is Unicoded. plz try it and tell me the results, cause there are some others ways to fix it too.

Edit.. sorry, it is not unicoded.

i am using web wiz forum's DSNless connection. now how can i do your command?
