hi boRg,

is it just me or have i missed the section that allows users to edit there posts up to x mins from posting it. i know you can set it to allow editing but can't see anywhere about timelimits

ive looked everywhere and can't find a secton about it.

is there one boRg. for once im lost.

may i ask why you took it out of V7?

I don't like Bulletin Boards that use that feature, but I can see where it would be useful.  It would have to be something that the admin would decide on and turned off by default.  I, for one, would probably never use it, but on some bulletin boards with immature members, it sometimes becomes necessary (i.e. people changing their posts in the middle of a discussion to something totally opposite of what they said before).
 
Of course, that gives me an idea:
  • Disable Editing (and other features) on a person by person basic, even if they would otherwise be allowed (i.e. a feature ban).  For example, normally you allow all members to edit their posts in a forum, but you have some idiot abusing the feature but otherwise behaves okay.  It would be nice to just disable HIS edit feature without effecting all the good members.  I guess that would be like a feature ban, which would be short of banning the person entirely
