Benifits of SQL over Access ?

the bandwidth wont change as its lcally done.

it will perform better once its been done , and the forum has had activity. as the indexs etc are used and make the forum run faster.

also it can cope with high activity, big forums also.

access is likly to corrupmore than SQL, and also access being a flat file it has the whole thing loaded into memory so can slow the whole server, where as SQL loads whats needed.

SQL also has stored procedures that increase the pertformance of the forum.

if you are looking at being an active, a few forum members at anyone time, have a big post count etc. then i woul suggest SQL version its better in the long run.
