I host my family site and ftp on a machine at home...but the other sites are all done through nexpoint.net. Haven't been disapointed with them yet!

www.readyhosting.com $99/year with 500MB space and unlimited bandwidth, cgi perl, sql, access, php, asp, ftp support, and alot of other stuff...
only thing that has pissed me off is that they only have asp simple upload component on their servers!!!!!!
excellent customer service though and really fast. i have never seen a downtime personally either.

one of my clients are hosting with readyhosting, but it seems like the quickest i can get a reply from the ticket system is 3 days wait.. pretty annoying. other than that, they are good sofar.
I hosted a lot of sites with nexpoint.net but for a log time they had BIG server issues, my sites just would not stary online and it was really annoying, im slowly phasing that company out.
