Can anyone help me to solve the following trouble?
My site use 2checkout.com payment. This is the first time I use. My first client pay it in the email link.
But 2checkout.com email me that they cannot reach my client through the phone , so they cancel his payment.
But when I talk with my client and he said that he has checked with bank and the bank has billed his card. So he pushes me to ship the products.
So 2checkout.com said they have canceled, but my client said they have paid. How can I find out who tell the lie ?
My brain has been used-up and have no solution on that. Also 2checkout.com is a bad service company because they haven't any phone support or on-live help.
Anybody's suggestion is a good gift to me.... Thanks..
