Hi,

I'm using Web Wiz Forums 6.34.. and 3 of my forum members faced same problem which is:

  • They press on login icon
  • They enter their usersnames and passwords
  • Unfortunately, they login as Guest!!

Can any one advice me about this problem please..

tell them to make sure cookies and session cookies are enabled.

And make sure you arnt using frames around the forum and you are NOT using a redirect url.

your domain is: www.SteveReno.com

BUT...

Since you don't want to put much money on this your site is hosted with Brinkster (the free account)

but you use a redirect URL (that you set up with your domain register)so your visitors will see your domain www.SteveReno.com instead of

www69.brinkster.com/stevepage/

that didn't look fancy.
