What is the problem ?

This means that the language file you are using is not compatible with the version of the forum you are using.

It's allright, i have installed the french language for 7.96 and it's functional now.

But i have a second problem :

"
Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e09'

Mise à jour impossible. La base de données ou l'objet est en lecture seule.

/content/forum/login_user.asp, line 171"

In english : "

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e09'

Update Impossible. The database or the object is on read only.

/content/forum/login_user.asp, line 171".

What can i do ?

Thanks for all,

Waiken.

This mans that you do not have permission to write to the database.

Permissions need to be set on the web server for you to write to the database. Contact your hosting company.

This means that you do not have permission to write to the Access database.

Permissions must be setup on the server so that you can write to the database, contactb your web host to get them to set the permissions for you.
