Hi,
 
Please can you tell me the easiest way for us to update to the latest version?
 
Our current status is as follows (copied from our admin control panel):
 
You are NOT currently running the latest stable release!
Please check with the software vendor for the latest release.

Edition: Premium Edition Brand-Free (Web Wiz Hosted Solution)
Running Version: 9.69
Database Backend: SQLServer

Lastest Version: 10.01
Release Date: 1st July 2011
Release Notes: New major release with Chat Room, Topic Rating, Post Thanking, and 150 new admin options!

As you are hosting your Web Wiz Forum with us you simply need to create a support ticket from your Client Area account requesting the update and we will take care of the update for you.

Please also include the admin login to your forum as we may need to reconfigure some parts in the admin area for you after the update.
