Hi, Please can you tell me the easiest way for us to update to the latest version? Our current status is as follows (copied from our admin control panel): You are NOT currently running the latest stable
release! Please check with the software vendor for the latest release. Edition: Premium Edition Brand-Free (Web Wiz Hosted Solution) Running Version: 9.69 Database Backend: SQLServer Lastest Version: 10.01 Release Date: 1st July 2011 Release Notes: New major release with Chat Room, Topic Rating, Post Thanking, and 150 new admin options! As you are hosting your Web Wiz Forum with us you simply need to create a support ticket from your Client Area account requesting the update and we will take care of the update for you.
