Even less than that!  Well basicaly at the end of the day you dont want someone hacking into your computer making changes, stealing bandwidth etc etc

It's not the firewall part of zone alarm that is the problem (you should run a firewall) the problem with zone alarm is it's add blocking software, and the same with most add blocking software is that it injects JavaScript code into pages, this includes text boxes used by Rich Text Editors like the WYSIWYG editor in this forum, which means you have strange looking JavaScript showing in your posts.

People get confused thinking Zone Alarm Pro is just a firewall, it's not, the firewall part of the software is fine, what does course problems is other parts of the software as it also has web filtering software built in like the pop up and add blocking which course problems.

and get a better ad blocker. Personally i use a combonation of about 3 ad blockers. Don't get any popups anymore
