	The config was already pointing to it, the only thing missing was a few images that must have become corrupt during the upload.

	Huh i put the skin files in a folder i made called skins and the i just like edited the config so it is directed to the skins folder items

	Got it finally I had to have it overwrite the old files and stuff and needed to delete the default style.css file first then paste in the new one since my web host won't replace the file if you were to just simply paste it in the folder Thanks a bunch mikey
