Hi All,
As a forum administrator, I'm having a problem with an annoying user who is
a) posting nasty messages,
b) returning when I delete his account
c) is using proxy servers to change his Ip address,
d) wont go away even though I've told him he's harassing me
e) is in indonesia.
 
Any suggestions?  I dont run my own server, but what I've done so far is delete posts, and make the user inactive, then setting the user permissions to nothing for all the forums (if you dont do this they can reactivate their membership by clicking on the original activation email)   and send him a warning...
 
But the guy keeps returning...
 
I've put a call into tech support at my hosting company... if you people have any suggestions I'd welcome them...
