I don't know guys.

We offer 200mb storage, 10 gigs of transfter, unlimited email accounts, ASP, ASP.NET, PHP 4.2.3, Unlimited ODBC Connections, Webalizer, Custom DNS records, unlimited sub domains plus many other features for $100 per year and with a MSSQL DB it is $150 per year.

Check out the news group alt.www.webmaster. At any given time, there's a couple of hundred posts addressing low cost hosting.
