It sounds like your fan on your CPU has stoped working and your CPU has cooked. As you have been informed you will need to remove the case lid and power up the PC, Look at the CPU fan to see if one Nothing has stopped it turning and two it still is. If the fan has stopped and the CPU possibly is cooked, You would be best taking it to a PC repair shop.
