I've heard a lot of good things about WebSite Baker - http://www.websitebaker.org for new sites - people rave about how easy it is for their clients to use. PHP app.

Lead me not into temptation... I know the short cut, follow me.

I tried this out about a month ago. Great when you have clients that need to update sites themselvs but don't understand Joomla etc.
