Problems loggin into user account

I have one user complaining that he can not log in.

I tried changing his password with no luck. I had him Delete cookies set by the forum with no luck. I tried logging into his account with no luck. No other users are reporting login problems except this one account.

This is the error:

This is a known issue with 10.10 beta. You should upgrade to the latest stable release 10.11 which will fix this issue.

I have a problem with a user getting a "unsuccessful login due to a session tracking error" when she tries to log in, but when I log in with her username and password (on my system) I get in fine. She says that she's not blocking cookies or concealing her IP address. Any other ideas?

Could be that there is an issue with the persons browser, have them try another browser. They also need to make sure they have JavaScript enabled. 

If that doesn't work it maybe some internet security software running on their computer causing the issue.
