Is there something special about Canada that attracts total crack heads? No - really - I mean crack. Crack cocaine. That stuff that is so addictive that you're hooked the first time you try it... and you can even get FREE CRACK SAMPLES in Winnipeg.

I'm hoping that this is just some "Manitoba thing" and that the rest of Canada isn't infected with the stupidity gene...
