Now... I think that I know which is exactlly the problem!!
You must pass the EXACT URL TO YOUR BROWSER! I know it, because I had the same problem. Example:
http://localhost/forum/default.asp----> did not work
http://localhost/Forum/default.asp ---> It works.
I am sure that this is the problem. Sometimes the smaller errors are the most dificult to solve.
