database error?

   i used the online compact database tool and now i get this error when i go to post or reply.

Server Error in Forum Application
An error has 
occurred while writing to the database.
Please contact the forum 
administrator.

Support Error Code:- 
err_Access_save_new_topic_data
File Name:- 
new_post.asp

Error details:-
Microsoft JET 
Database Engine
The changes you requested to the table were not 
successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, 
primary key, or relationship.  Change the data in the field or fields 
that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to 
permit duplicate entries and try again.
