Conversion, no...
You will need to set up the tables in MySQL and script the transfer of the data from Access to MySQL. Then you will have to edit the forum SQL calls to be compatible with MySQL.

There is a conversion tool on cnet for MSAccess to MySQL. And I have to agree with ljamal, it is possible to convert the forum to mysql. I never completed it but got the default and forum_posts .asp to work. Sure a lot of rewrite but possible.

I found this web site that say's they have software:  I'm still not sure if this would work with these forums?  http://www.convert-in.com/acc2sql.htm

"Access-to-MySQL is a program to move MS Access databases to MySQL server. Depending on your privileges on the target MySQL server you can export MS Access data into new database or overwrite the contents of an existing MySQL database."  Also:

Features

All MS Access data types and attributes are supported

  • Works with all versions of Unix and Windows MySQL servers
  • Converts indexes with all necessary attributes
  • Merges MS Access data into an existing MySQL database
  • VServer user's option (see below)
  • Converts password protected MS Access databases
  • Converts MS Access databases protected with user-level security
  • Exports MS Access databases into a dump file (see below)
  • Easy-to-use wizard-style interface
  • Full install/uninstall support

Limitations

  • Converts MS Access tables only (forms, queries, reports are not supported)
  • Does not convert system (hidden) tables
  • Does not convert relationships between tables
