I've got a couple very specific questions regarding our licenses, bother current with our hosting package and forum software, and what we bought last summer as far as forum license (brand-free as I recall), but when I go to open a software support message, it states we don't currently have any support.
It's the sort of things I'd rather not post here in detail as it regards licenses, numbers, pricing, etc.
I'm a bit confused by something and want to ask "just what did we get last time, and this time" and compare some numbers.  I'm a poor record-keeper. (and my memory is non-existant)

billd3, if you have web hosting you can use Web Hosting Support, rather than the Software Support if you have any questions, as the forum is hosted on our systems and is therefore handled differently to a normal software support question.

If you have a licensing question then you should use the Contact Us section of Web Wiz Guide to contact Sales and Accounts.

Ahhh, thanks. I was concerned when it said we had no software support. Your method makes sense, good business sense.
I've let our moderators take a sneak peek and they like v9.
A few more changes and we'll be ready.

Will contact about license question. It's not a critical thing, just not sure I understand something.
