Missing: Moderator Tools

	When I view a thread, there is no button for "Moderator Tools" even though I am logged on as the admin. I have to go back to the topic listing page to access the "Moderator Tools" button. #1) I blanked out the Moderator Tools graphic (replaced with a blank PNG) because the graphic makes the topic listings look terribly messy. #2) Here is the workflow. Topic Listing -> View Topic -> Decision to Move. Therefore, the move topic (Moderator Tools) should without a doubt be located on the View Topic page when logged on as an admin.

	In the upper right corner (the menu), there is a line (drop down menu) to the moderator tool.

	Andersen: Thanks! However, I'm not sure why it is placed there (from a UI design point of view). It would make much more sense to have it next to the "Topic Options" button. The top toolbar is filled with links for _site_ related actions, not _topic_ related options. Borg: Any chance you can move it?

	It's there to work with the rest of the forum pages which as have moderator options in the same place, this is so the UI stays constant and doesn't keep moving the moderator options on different pages.
