Ladder System problems

Been having a few issues with the ladder system. We used to have a very simple system, with 4 or 5 groups, I've tried to change it so we now have 11 groups with the minimum posts progressing in the following manner:

0 - 50 - 100 - 250 - 500 -  1000 - 2000 - 3000 - 5000 - 7500 - 10000

There are three non-ladder groups: Starters, Moderators and Administrators.

For the main, it seems to work, but certain members who ought to be in a certain group, aren't and I'm not sure why.

Any ideas - am I doing something wrong?

We're using version 8.04

People go into a new group the next time they post.

Anyone with 10K posts needs professional help
