	8.03 with MySQL All working well but some members have posted but the number of posts (on their individual posting) remains at 0 - grateful guidance. Duncan

	Is this only with a few mebers? If so are all these members in the same group?

	Yes - they are all in the members group (which is not a ladder group). But it is not all of them. It seems to work for some but not others. It is a new forum. The moderator and administrator groups seem to work fine. I only have the three groups plus guests (who can't post).

	I can't see anything in the code that would course this situation. Try reuploading the new_post.asp file and see if the post count still stays the same when these members post, if it does let me know and I will look further into this.
