	This is a permissions problem. The system the SMTP is installed on doesn't have permission to write to the SMTP servers queue directory. If you are using IIS's SMTP server you need to grant full permissions to everyone on the 'C:\Inetpub\mailroot' directory

	I get this error where the site is hosted. Can I change this via FTP or do I have to contact them?

	This is a server issue your web hosts will need to sortout.
