Web Wiz Forums will not run with mySQL.

Web Wiz Forums requires a Windows web server running IIS (which you have), with ASP enabled from the IIS manager.

And for the database backend, you need either Access or better still MS SQL Server 2000.

Having your server return a detailed error message, instead of, "An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact Redexe@charter.net.", will help track down any debugging problems you have.

your email settingas aren't correct, make sure you are using a component that is on the web server and the server settings are correct throughout the email configure page.
