Compacting Access?

	My Access based forum seems to have slowed, even though I periodically barch delete older topics. I tried using the compact and repair function in Access, but for some reason it makes the file like four times as big. What's going on here?

	It shouldn't do although it will make a back-up copy of the original. Try downloading the database and open it in Access and select the 'Compact and Repair Tool' from the Tools menu, then re-upload the database.
