Hi there

Ive recently re-skinned my forum to co-incide with a re-design of the website.

I have plenty of avatars etc but I want to try make the backgrounds transparent so if the site is ever re-designed i dont have to re-create logos and avatars again.

It would also help as i've got alternate colours on the table in this area.

TIA

You have to convert all your avatars and logos into tranparent gifs or pngs.

But maybe I am missing the point of your question?

Not all gifs are transparent. You have to specify a color to be used for transparenct and create the gif in a gif89 format for it to have transparency.

Lead me not into temptation... I know the short cut, follow me.
