	Actually, the admin function succeeds to the point that the original (old) db is deleted. That is, the backup is created, the -tmp is created, and the -tmp is compacted. The next step is delete the old db. But, the delete function fails with a 'permission denied' message. Any help in troubleshooting, or otherwise clearing the problem is appreciated. /tom/

	If you've already checked with your isp to ensure that the directory has acd permissions, you might want to stop/lock the db in the admin section before doing a commpact and repair. Wait a minute or two afer locking it for any user activity to clear. Also, check that the .lck file is delete-able.
