I noticed the avatars no larger have a set width with the width and height tags... so what prevents members from uploading or uses avatars that are HUGE?

In browsers that support CSS 2 max-hieght is used in the CSS file to fix the size of avatars.

This works in most browsers except IE which doesn't yet support the CSS style.

I am looking into other ways of improving this, like on the post page where using CSS to fix the table width stops the avatar from going into the post.

Since IE is what the majority of my users use, this will be a big problem and will be a show stopper for me.

This isn't a major problem as it sounds as on pages like this page if an avatar is to large the fixed tables in IE will mean a large avatar won't mess up the page formatting, but will mean not all the avatar is displayed in IE.

On this site so far, I have not seen any major issues with the way it is now working, but as the beta is just a test version the final release will have a more practical way of dealing with large avatars.
