Help me "Japanese-language handling"

I have a problem with Language handling code.
I created a web application form for my company.
The target language is Japanese.

It seems correctly scripted but when I type in Japanese
in the text area and push the send button, I recieve
garbled text.

I can not post all script but these are some parts.
If you could help me, I can send all to you.

Could be your browser's language support. Are you saying this is happening to you AFTER you installed the japanese language support for IE?

I have installed the Japanese language support on my
both mac(kotoeri)and pc(Japanese IME).
Both operation systems are English.

I don't know about the japanese language support for IE.
I thought that the Japanese Language support for IE is
automatically installed on both computers because, I can
input and output and display in Japanese on my browser .

The form is able to display contents in Japanese on the
browser.

I tested the form several times. When I type in the
text fild in Japanese, the bowser displays Japanese
correctly. However, when It(form) is sent and come my
mail account, the Japanese letter desplayed garbled.

I changed all possible view setting (encoding) in my
"outlook express". None of them worked.

Plese, give me more advice.

If I recall, outlook express had a special button for international settings. Might also need to have unicode turned on.

Lead me not into temptation... I know the short cut, follow me.
