Take the stats with a grain of salt. W3schools is mostly visited by tecnical folks.
Stats from my own non-technical sites aren't that far off from theirs though

Yeah.  The data is skewed because of that.  thecounter.com used to give free usage stats that were great but now they charge and the ones they show for free are very out of date.
