 - advise bush about healthy eating
 - ask him his hair count
 - tell him u r in love with laura

june: remove 'real name' qualification from law. make law more ambiguous as to who has to be annoyed. blow something up
 
july: jail all those pesky democrats for sending those inconvenient and annoying emails to each other about all of the hard-working criminal republicans. blow something up
