I've found what the problem is. The just looks at the group permissions, if those aren't found he doesn't fall back on the general settings of the forum but skips it.

I'll probably post a fixed version sometime later this evening.

A workaround is defining read permissions for each group/forum combination

Sorry mate I am a pain I know but when logged as guest with no view permissions is there ment to be something in the latest topic area which say something like:

"There have been no Forum Posts"

or

"you must be registered to view latest posts"?

Can you please let me know
