After several days' testing, the hotfix could in some means increase the response of web-site but the hang of ASP applications still several times a day. The same symptom as no fault in application and event log, only hang ASP applications but not HTML.

Yes, the Jet OLEDB issue is a notorious one that hit us back in January/February forcing us to downgrade to Windows 2000.
We've also applied this hotfix, works great, has encouraged us to deploy new Windows 2003 servers.

Just out of curiousity, are you doing application pooling at the domain or hsphere account level?

"application pooling at the domain or hsphere account level?"
Might I know the difference you mentioned? Is it related to location of mdb files or ASP syntax?

No, it's related to how many domains you have in an application pool. Jodohost accounts use the hsphere control panel which can support multiple domains within a single account. I was curious to know if they had a way to manage the application pool directly from hsphere and if that method was at the domain or at the control panel method.
A lot of web hosts have backed off from w2k3 and application pool problems is one of the most cited reasons for doing so. MS is supposed to be releasing a SP sometime but I know that some hsphere mod makers have been looking at the problem as well.
