FOUND the solution!!
After an in-depth search, well a few search tries, I came up with Microsoft Knowledge Base Article # 315122
IIS 6.0 (as I feared) is mostly locked down. When I committed the 2003 server to ASP.NET, it automatically opened access to all .NET apps. However, STANDARD ASP and SSI's are LOCKED DOWN. You need to activate those web extensions. The above Knowledge Base article will tell you how.
Sorry for all the problems! Now to finish setting up my forums!!

I just want to know how can i remove the mark that a moved thread leaves behind it saying "Moved:Thread Name"
i thought it will be removed after some time but is not, how can i remove it, it looks pretty bad

You should of started a new thread for this, but when you move it there should be a checkbox saying 'show moved post icon' or something like that. Just uncheck it in the admin console.

This thread is not discussing anything abt this so dont post here U can remove this by removing tick from the option SHOW MOVED ICON IN LAST FORUM while moving. To prevent this there is a MOD too

If you don't want the moved icon it when you move the topic uncheck the 'show moved topic icon'
You can also remove this at a later date by clicking the small admin
icon next to the topic subject or at the top of the topic and
unchecking the 'show moved topic icon' then the update button, this
will remove the moved icon.
