how can I insert an event to the calander?

I set to the forum "calander permissions" for the administrators, but still cant see where I can insert an event..please directions.

Once you have granted and group or user permissions to create a calender event they can do so by setting the event date when creating a new topic in the forum they have event permissions on.

So it is not possible to insert event in already existing topics, or just add event without creating a topic?

If you have permissions to create an event then you can turn old topics into events by editing the first post in that topic, then setting the event date just under where you set the subject of the topic.

Sorry you can't create an event without creating a topic.
