Hi Bruce
I was editing the navigation_buttons_inc.asp to tabulize the top navigation and when i was done and tried the file there was a thing, a "%>" tag was being shown on page as below
 here is the code for the file

Looks like you may have an extra %> in the file. I tried but failed...although there was an extra tag around settings button and when deleted the other tag showing after settings link disappeared but this one is going no where

Try using an editor like UtraEdit, if you place the cursor over the start tag <% it will also highlight the close of the tag.
