The links you have given are in the private IP range and so can not be viewed across the internet.

From reading another post you made on Web Wiz CAPTCHA it seems you are using an Apache web server.

Please see the following page for a full list of requirements:-

Web Wiz Forums will not run under Apache you need to be using a Windows IIS web server to run the software

The first character isn't a 'B'.

If you are running a Windows IIS web server with native ASP support what will be sent to the browser is binary data that creates the bitmap, no characters would be sent.

Apache doesn't have native support for ASP as ASP is a Microsoft technology delvelped for the Windows IIS web server so with Apache you have to use 3rd party products for ASP support on the server like ChilliASP or IASP.

Unfortunately software such as ChilliASP and IASP do not fully support ASP and so can only run very basic ASP applications and not more advanaced applications such as Web Wiz Forums.

If you want to use Web Wiz Forums you would need to use a Windows IIS web server.
