	I am having the same problem while installing IIS... I hav got the Win Xp (MCE) CD>. but the same error.. n the i386 folder doesnt hav those files that it requires to copy... (on the local drive) My Windoes is upadted to Sp.3.. May be.. thats the problem. But thses has to be some solution.. I wud be grateful.. if you could help... Thank u..
