Problem with Username

	I have a stranger problem. I changed a user's name from johnny to [bc]johnny and now I can not change it back. When I look for the user it says not there. But when I list the members, it is there. Not sure what the problem is. Can some one help ASAP? Thanks, Norman Picard

	It's probaly the square brackets that are coursing the issue, and you may need to remove these directly in the database for now. I shall look into finding out how this error has occured. Was it in the admin area that you chnaged this users name?

	Yes, I changed the name in the admin area. I went into the DB and fixed it. But because this is a gaming forum for AA, when people join they tend to use their clan tags. So I was testing it. Is there a way I can put a disclaimer stating that letters and numbers only? I have had people join and use the brackets and it lets them join but never log in.
