You can probably take a look @ some opensource ecommerce scripts. Baically its all about adding the items selected to the cart, integrating with a third party credicard processing API like paypal, then moving it to the admin side for shipping and updating the status. Not very hard, but make sure that you take good care of the security.

Just use e-cart or zen-cart shopping cart. there is no need to programming.
