	I think there should be a sub-moderator user type. There are Administrators, then moderators, then all the way down to users. like step, step, thud --__ but seriously. there needs to be a group that can do stuff like moderate but not block an IP. address. or delete entire strings, etc.

	Not many sites would need this! Why not code it yourself?

	I am still interested in having someone else code something like this. I would think that it would not be very hard to limit what a moderator can do, or maybe something more practical would be to set something up where 2 or 3 (or more) moderators have to agree to use their abilities to delete posts, or edit them or block IP addresses, etc.

	this will require rewriting of code in all files.. hell alot of work..........
