The file manager in 3.1 sucked.

You can get add-ons for windows that emulate the old windows 3.1 file manager. Try www.tucows.com I think thats where I have seen such untilities.

i can remember 3.1 from when i was about 6. and judging from what i remember, who would want to emulate that piece of junk.
