A short description:
This mod replaces the combo-box containing the pagenumbers with direct text links to the pages. Added are also a previous and next page link.
The amount of pagenumbers displaced depends on the setting of the variable 'range' in each page. With this variable you can set the number of pages displaced in front and after the current page, after page 1 and in front of the last page. The current set is 3.
An expample
Range = 3
Display: Pages << 1 2 3 4 ... 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 ... 17 18 19 20 >>

With this setting breaking up of the page range will occur when there are more then 15 pages.
