This is a new installation of forums - RC8.1 - I followed the instructions to a T. Logged in and created the MYSql database and ran the database setup - there were no errors.
I've confirmed that they are running MYSql 4.1
I then went to log into the forum for the first time but got the following:
Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occured while executing SQL query on database.
Please check that the MySQL Server version is 4.1 or above.
Please contact the forum administrator.
