When I try to log into the access database version of the forum I now get this error
Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occured while writing to the database.
Please contact the forum administrator.
Support Error Code:- err_Access_loginUser()_update_USR_Code
File Name:- functions_login.asp
Error details:-
Microsoft JET Database Engine
Cannot update. Database or object is read-only.
Does anybody know what might be causing this?
I just had to re-image my server. I use Macromedia dreamweaver and dowloaded all the forum files and directories to the local folder on my laptop first through dreamweavers put/get thing. I put the files back in the same directories and I can now see the forum and click on forums, but when I click on the post to read it or try to log in I get the error above.
