Problem emailing PMs from Inbox

 When users try to email a Private Message to themselves, the following error is returned.   I was able to email a PM to myself on this (Web Wiz Forums) instance of the software, so I think it is a configuration issue.  Do you have any idea what the problem is?
 

"Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occurred while sending an email.
Please contact the forum administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_SQLServer_send_mail_footer
File Name:- functions_send_mail.asp

Error details:-

The server rejected one or more recipient addresses. The server response was: 550 No such user here "

The problem can be the person does not have the correct E-mail address with the forums.. another reason why it might not be able to send an E-mail to the users is that the Forums administrator might not have an E-mail set up in the forums configurations to send out E-mails... Make sure that you have an E-mail address that you can send out with through your forums.

The instance of the forum on which this problem occurs is hosted by Web Wiz.  Email of forum replies works for all users, and the PM problem occurs with all users.

It's good to hear that it is being worked, but I'm very curious why the bug impacts some instances of the software and not others.   Also, I wonder if there is a work around since the bug has existed in several recent versions of the software.
