if you can access your db, resetting the admin account makes the most sense.
Create a dummie account, make a simple password for it, go into the db, table tblAuthor, locate that dummie account, copy the SALT and PASSWORD to Admin's SALT and PASSWORD, respectively. Then, go to the forum, log in Administrator/[thatdummiepassword]. done.
