Yesterday my &$#&*#$ hosting company took the forum offline due to bulk emailing.
It turns out that bulk emailing involved a few hundred emails for topic notifications.
I was wondering (if v10 does not do that already) if it is possible to add a few options there.
For instance:
- Set how many notifications per day and per topic a user can receive
- Set a limit to a user's total notifications per day
- Offer a digest of email notifications once or twice per day, or one per day or week etc.
I understand that this problem is related to the *#&$&#^@ hosting company I am using, but it may be useful for others too.
